Dear Dr. Ashley,

I received your email about your anniversary celebration this weekend, and I wanted to congratulate you and thank you for the wonderful care my golden, Freya, received at your clinic.  You did her OSS and stem cell harvesting on March 15th.  I was so impressed with the warmth and helpfulness of every single staff person I interacted with – it’s very clear that you have fostered a work environment that allows animal loving people to be their very best selves as they care for animals and their humans.  So even though I didn’t get to meet you in person, I feel like I met human extensions of you, if that makes sense!

FYI, Freya recovered nicely, and was able to swim both in the ocean and in the swimming pool at the house we rented in San Diego earlier this month.

I wish your clinic was here in Marin county so I could visit your office for all of Freya’s care. It’s crazy to me that there is not a holistic vet here in Marin, because there would be a huge market for it.  So if you know any other vets wanting to take the leap like you did, PLEASE suggest Mill Valley!!!  

I am so grateful that I found you when searching for a surgeon trained in the OSS procedure. Here’s wishing you continued success in your Alameda home base!!
