Your pet must be an established patient at Marina Village Veterinary
in order to be eligible for this special offer.

For many pet parents, having the option to choose alternative therapy for their animal family members is a huge benefit. At Marina Village Veterinary, we’re pleased to offer a number of these integrative treatment options.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture operates under the theory that when the body’s natural energy source is somehow disrupted, sickness and pain can result. To address this, special acupuncture needles are inserted into specific points along the body to promote healing and reduce pain. Veterinary acupuncture can be used to treat anything from arthritis to respiratory problems and just about everything in between. It can also be used to boost the immune system.

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care in pets is similar to how it’s practiced on human patients. A chiropractic adjustment, performed by a well-trained professional, can correct the musculoskeletal system when it has become misaligned. When even one vertebra is out of place, it can cause issues in the surrounding muscles and ligaments. Chiropractic care can relieve pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall wellbeing.

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy uses the power of light to naturally reduce pain and accelerate healing. We can use laser therapy to treat a wide range of conditions in companion animals, from chronic pain to dental disease, and so much more. Laser therapy is quick, painless, and proven to be effective. It also does not require the use of medication or surgery, which makes it ideal for sick or older pets.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

The ancient art of Chinese herbal medicine is highly effective in treating chronic medical conditions and is often used to relieve pain, improve and restore proper organ function, and strengthen the immune system. The ultimate goal of herbal therapy is to return the body to a natural state of balance and wellness without the risk of side effects that traditional pharmaceuticals can present.

Homeopathic Medicine

Homeopathy is based on the theory that the very same substances that cause illness in the body, when used strategically, can also counteract those same symptoms. Homeopathic medicine uses natural ingredients to help strengthen the body’s ability to fight off illness and restore a sense of balance. It is especially useful in managing chronic medical conditions to improve a pet’s overall quality of life.

The holistic medicine options at Marina Village Veterinary are typically used in conjunction with our traditional Western medical services. They can also be used as standalone treatments in certain cases. Your pet’s individual situation will be carefully considered when we are developing our treatment recommendation.

We love this vet. Every time we went we were treated very warmly and there was a lot of love for our two dogs while we visited. We felt in good hands with the staff here. Highly recommend as a primary care provider for your pets.

These are exceptional people! I cannot say enough good things about this vet and everyone working there. They are kind, loving, compassionate, and the very best at what they do, we have never let our Beloved Pugs go in the back of any vet except this one. I fully and completely trust every one of the staff members.

I was in search of a veterinary for a bandage change for my fur baby being a bit hesitant about going anywhere else but where he was previously checked at when his incident happened. Went on google and Marina Village Veterinary came up as my first choice, gave them a call and the receptionist was really informative about being seen at their office. I went ahead and filled out a form on their online website, that same day I was called back from the office and was giving an appointment the following day as well as instructions as to how their appointments work, etc. As I came into the office I was greeted and got checked in quickly. Not to mention that both receptionist in the front desk were very nice and helpful; they even offered me something to drink. Hours later since I dropped off my fur baby, Dr. Ashley gave me a call being really explanatory, patient, caring, very helpful and informative about my fur babys situation and what are the following steps for his on going recovery. I am very delighted and appreciative with the service I have been provided since the first time I gave this place a call. 100% recommended, Thank you so much Marina Village Veterinary!🤍😊
